BANDIT QUICKDRAW GUN (HAND) pat-pending
The Bandit Quickdraw dispense gun is showing what can be accomplished with some creativity,. Since its introduction to the market, it has shown to have a large improvement in reliability and less downtime to change when a rebuild is necessary. This is possible by use of a quick-change valve body that allows the hoses to remain attached to the inlet block. We designed the gun to allow for freer flow of material that reduces backpressure in high output or high viscosity applications. The gun is a snuff-back style, eliminating stringing. To further reduce wear, the pins and marrying block are hardened to Rc56-60, while the marrying block is also nickel-tfe plated for easier cleaning. A gun w/check valves setup for hand dispense is only 4.2 lbs which helps lower operator fatigue. As you can see a lot of time and testing went into this gun to make a reliable low maintenance product.
BANDIT QUICKDRAW GUN (Robot) pat-pending
The robot dispense gun uses the same valve body but a very different manifold. The gun manifold remains intact on the robot during a valve body change eliminating the need to remove hoses and re-home the robot. This allows the valve body (that contains all wear components) to be changed in about 10 min. or less. This manifold has market standard mounting bolts and dowel pin holes.
